We are pleased to present a 1st time, small curated selection of items, meticulously sourced from our recent estate sales and individual consignors. Recognizing the varied requirements of our clientele, we now offer an expanded service that includes worldwide auction sales. This addition complements our on-site estate sale services and caters specifically to the unique needs of different estates, homeowners associations, or individual preferences. Offering an option for those communities that do not allow in person estate sales. We don’t anticipate any issues with your ability to register, but we’d like to iron out any Issues as they arise, before we get started. ***up coming*** We are excited to announce our January auction “Diamonds In The Dust“, curated items from a home that’s been closed for 17 years.
1. A buyer's premium of 14% will be added to the winning bid price for the total purchase price. A 3% charge will be added for credit card purchases. We also accept Zelle. 2. The buyer will be responsible for the items purchased and for the pickup of the items. 3. No purchase will be released nor may be removed from the premises until paid for. 4. No returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are sold in as is, where is, condition with no guarantee made or implied. 5. Please make sure your SHIP TO address is correct. If you want an item shipped to a different address it MUST be indicated as your alternate ship to address BEFORE you pay. 6. By bidding you have agreed to these terms and conditions. 7. Failure to pay within 3 days or dishonest behavior will result in being blocked from ALL future sales. We do our best to be honest and present a good product. We except credit cards, Cash and Zelle. They will be displayed as options in your invoice.
Pick up will be Monday December 9 and 10th from 10-4pm at 1074 12th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 We offer shipping on some smaller predetermined lots. Combined shipping will be granted if we feel the combined lots will ship safely. The $10 handling fee will still apply to each lot to cover time and materials.Buyer must pay for any shipping, handling and insurance, no exception. Please make sure your SHIP TO address is correct. If you want an item shipped to a different address it MUST be indicated as your alternate ship to address BEFORE you pay.
