Billing and Shipping address must match. **Responsibility for Address** You acknowledge that any items shipped to an incorrect address due to failure to update your billing address are your responsibility. USPS/UPS may assist in the recovery process at times, but we have no control over what they do once an item is shipped. We will not issue replacements or refunds for items sent to the wrong address.
