A buyers premium of 15% of the hammer price will be added to all bids. Applicable GA sales tax applies. Credit card payments are ran at the close of auction. Any items not picked up in the allotted pick up time will remain the property of Famous Nameless Antiques with no refund. Any items that have not paid for shipping in the allotted time will remain the property of Famous Nameless Antiques with no refund. We do not accept charge backs and by signing up for this auction you agree to this policy. MAXIMUM BID: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid goes to the next highest increment and increases as other people bid against your bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. By placing any bids you have agreed by legal contract that your bid or maximum bid is what you are willing to pay for that specific lot(s) and may have to pay full bid or maximum bid amount of any bids placed. The buyer agrees and is responsible for every bid amount placed. Famous Nameless Antiques is a bid at your will auction, meaning you alone are responsible for your bids and actions. BIDDING AT THIS AUCTION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every 30 seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last 60 seconds (1 minute) remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional (1 minute) 60 seconds . Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer after the auction has completely closed. If you do not see an email check your spam/junk folder. Immediately upon the fall of the hammer/close of the lot auction, title will pass to the highest bidder who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for the property, including the obligation to immediately pay the full price, buyer's premium, and taxes as required. Only items marked for shipping are eligible for shipping. Winning bidders of shipped items should contact us ASAP after the close of auction to arrange and pay for shipping. Failure to arrange for shipping in the allotted time will result in said property to be reverted to Famous Nameless Antiques with no refund. Shipping only available in the United States. Winning bidders who have not paid for shipping or picked up their items in person by 5PM EST April 13, 2024 must pay a $10 per day storage charge. If you have not picked up your items or paid for shipping and paid your storage fee by April 20th, 2024 at 5pm you forfeit your winning items and there will be no refunds or chargebacks. Any items that are breakable (ceramic, glass, etc.) must be arranged for third party shipping by the winning bidder. We can not be held responsible or liable for any damage by 3rd party shipping and no refund will be given for any item damaged by 3rd party shipping. The item must be shipped in the same timeframe listed above or winning items will be forfeited with no refund. The buyer is responsible for contacting us and paying and arranging for shipping. For shipping orders there is a $8 per box handling charge for a small shipping box. Any box bigger than a large USPS priority box will have a $15 handling charge. We reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason. We reserve the right to bid on others behalf. Failure to pay for or pick up lots you win in the time allotted can result in being banned from future auctions.
