Donor: Foley Family Wines and ACA Board of Trustees We appreciate Kim Braddock, who is here with us today, for putting together this amazing tour! Your party of six will be the guests of Foley Family Wines for three private winery tours and tastings exploring different viticultural areas in Sonoma and Napa Valley — Chalk Hill Estate, and Ferrari-Carano in Sonoma and the historic vineyards of Silverado in Napa. You will be hosted at each winery by the Estate Specialist, who will share the history and winemaking techniques, and wine characteristics for each of the wines that are produced at these incredible Wineries. This Luxury Wine Experience also includes a $1,000 Accommodations credit to the 4-star Forbes rated, Artists/Gallery Inspired, MacArthur Place Hotel and Spa in Sonoma, CA! Airfare not included. Description
Welcome to the Atlantic Center for the Arts' 41st Annual Horsin' Around Charity Auction. It wouldnt be possible to be more excited about this years event. This year, you will be able to participate and bid on any of the live auction items from the comfort of your home, phone, or tablet. Unable to watch live? It is highly suggested you simply place your "Maximum Bid." This will allow the system to bid for you in the case you are outbid. It will only take the next bid increment needed to advance the bid, up to your maximum and no more. This auction will be held both live online and in-person. The auction will begin at 1pm. The auction ring will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of the auction to allow online bidders the time to get registered and prepare to bid. All proceeds from this auction will benefit the Atlantic Center for the Arts. Please be aware that for those bidding online there will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid price of any item. This fee is added to cover the costs of selling items on the Hibid platform. Please ensure that you have registered for this event and are able to place a bid in the catalog. You will need to create a Hibid account and then register for the event. 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 10% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 10% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate.

There will be NO Shipping offered by us for this event. If you would like to arrange shipping you must do so on your own. We will facilitate the pick up of the items on our end.
