Please study the pictures as they will give you more insight than the description. Any item with a white X just means we plugged that item up and it worked. * 10% Buyer's premium rate charged to all winning bids in this auction. * 7% Mississippi sales tax added to ALL purchases (instate & out of state), unless current tax-exempt info is provided. * Thomas Auction and Real Estate may reserve the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. * Local pickup only unless otherwise noted. * Bidding is "eBay style" with a soft close. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding. * Some items in this auction might sell with a reserve. * Goods left more than 30 days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees. * No Liability: a) Thomas Auction and Real Estate Co., Inc. assumes no liability for your purchases. No allowance will be made, or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or reject any person obstructing the auction process. The record of sales kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper's records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
