These items are handled frequently and transfered through locations. It is extremely common for a box to receive some sort dent or puncture. Once it does, even if the item itself is in perfect working condition. The items can no longer meet the Amazon standard to be sold and shipped to a customer. Seperate from that. A product may need to be liquidated due to no longer having a relationship with the seller. Amazon is a marketplace and sellers send their merchandise to Amazon warehouses for Prime Delivery. If a seller does not meet the Amazon Standards their products will no longer be stored and the facility. If they are not picked up, they will be liquidated. Sometimes, a customer returns an item. Most of the time these items are in great shape and Amazon does offer them for sale as Used on the listing. After a period of time if they are not purchased. They will be liquidated. Occasionally, some of the items inside the packaging that was damaged experience some cosmetic blemishes as well. Such as minor scratches, bends, dings, or dents. Each item has been inspected and these will be notated in the listing to the best of our abiity. Please make sure to read the listing and be aware of any issues mentioned. Terms and Conditions

1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A.
