Deep South Rarities, LLC and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Deep South Rarities, LLC encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Deep South Rarities, LLC has attempted to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all items. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of each lot. The buyer will be charged exact shipping costs plus up to $25 per package handling fee depending on the size of the package and the materials needed for the package. Deep South Rarities, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. All USPS Priority and UPS Ground packages will be shipped with $100 of insurance at no added cost to the buyer. If you would like extra insurance on a package please contact us by phone or email within 24 hrs of the close of the auction and we will accomodate at the buyers expense.
