1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. Online purchasers are responsible for setting up payment with the auction. Must make arrangements with the auction office no later than Monday, April 29, 2024 at noon. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS! 2. Everything will be sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout auction, however the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following his/her winning bid. Therefore, he/she is advised to further guard his/her items at his/her own discretion. 4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If he/she is unsure, he/she should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at the auction, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for item(s) in which you are evidenced to be the winning bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 6. 10% BP on all items. 12% BP FOR ONLINE BIDDERS 7. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. 8. All sales are final. All won articles are to be picked up on designated dates/times unless explicit alternate arrangements have been made. Articles unclaimed after 1 week may be considered abandoned, and disposed of at the auctioneer's discretion. 9. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction.
