ANY ACCEPTED OFFERS ARE SUBJECT TO 23% BUYERS PREMIUM. ***WE ARE EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR OFFERS TO MONDAY APRIL 29TH AT 12PM!!*** Please note that any offer placed on an item is SUBJECT TO SELLER ACCEPTANCE. Just because an offer is made on an item, it does not guarantee the lot will sell at that price. Please also note that these lots are subject to prior sales, meaning an offer may be accepted before the official end of the Auction and will no longer be available for sale. HOW THIS WORKS: This Live Offer Catalog will officially end Monday, April 29th, at 12pm. ANY PENDING OFFERS LEFT AT THAT TIME WILL BE ADDRESSED THROUGHOUT THAT DAY. Between now and then, bidders will be allowed to place their best and highest offer. This Auction will be monitored throughout the day so we may reach out to the consignor to find out if they will accept your offer. **Please call 727-821-1167 with any questions** RULES/GUIDELINES: We will not accept offers in any increments less than $25***, meaning if there is an offer placed on an item for $300, you may NOT place a new offer for $301 or $305, ***it will be declined***. Please follow the usual bidding increments below: $0 - 499 $25 increments $500 - 999 $50 increments $1,000 -2,999 $100 increments $3,000- 9,999 $250 increments $10,000 -19,999 $500 increments $20,000 + $1,000 increments In the event there is a higher offer placed, you will get a notification that you have been "outbid". If you would like to place a higher offer PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE, use the bidding guidelines above. NOTE: If you are "outbid" and you wish to place a higher offer, there is no set timeframe for you to place a counteroffer, SO GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT. Lots are SUBJECT TO SELL AT ANY TIME before the official end time of the Auction. The time frame for selling a lot is entirely dependent upon the time it takes to reach out to a consignor and when the consignor responds. If a seller feels the offer is acceptable, the Lot MAY SELL IMMEDIATELY. Once an offer is accepted, you will be notified via email or phone call that your offer was accepted, and you will receive an invoice. Your only indication that your offer was accepted is to receive an official Invoice from Burchard Galleries. BE SURE TO CHECK BACK after you have placed your offer to see if your offer was not accepted. If your offer was NOT ACCEPTED, you will see the word "DECLINED", under that Lot, and if that is the case, it means the consignor did not accept your offer at that amount. YOU NEED TO INCREASE YOUR OFFER if you still wish to win the item, and we will check back with the Consignor to find out if your higher offer was accepted.
