1) Guy Bynum Livestock acts as selling agent only and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the livestock being sold.
2) There is no guarantee of any horse sold in this sale except when the owner makes a specific guarantee. In such case, right of recourse must be directed to the seller. It is the buyer's responsibility to check registration papers before removing horses from premises.
3) Title passes to the buyer at the fall of the hammer, at which time the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility.
4) Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer's decision shall be final

Soundness Guarantee All catalog horses on Saturday are assumed to be sound unless otherwise stated.Guy Bynum Livestock's soundness guarantee applies only to catalog horses sold in the ring to be sound for $3500 or more and is as follows:Soundness for the purpose of this guarantee is defined as "No observable lameness, no cribbing, no weaving, clear eyes, sound of wind, no overbite or underbite, and stallions over the age of 18 months possess 2 descended testicles." This applies ONLY to the Saturday catalog horses sold to be sound IN THE RING for $3500 or more. The soundness guarantee DOES NOT apply to:Horses sold outside of the ring. If you want the guarantee, you must be the high bidder in the ring.Horses sold for less than $3500; all horses sold on Sunday; any horse sold "as is" or needing maintenance". If you purchase a Saturday catalog horse sold to be sound and you find it to be otherwise, you MUST contact Mitch Stanley by 12:00pm on Monday following the sale. Not Tuesday, not a week later- by 12:00pm Monday. Pease note that the soundness guarantee DOES NOT guarantee riding suitability/ability and is limited to the soundness points listed above.
