Upon registration the bidder grants Dudley's Auction permission to contact them through any means they deem most appropriate. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction. The buyer agrees to pay a 15% buyers premium (day of sale: 15% BP if paying cash or check) Purchased items are to be paid for, and removed from, the auction site the day of the auction unless announced differently from the block. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final.
