Stable & Reliable Power Rack FLYBIRD utilizes commercial thickness high-quality steel to bring you a comfortable and stable squat rack. There are 22 height positions can be adjusted adapting to different workouts. Adjustable Width The unique width adjustment design can perfectly fit most 6FT and 7FT barbell bars. A minimum of 1 square meter s footprint is an excellent choice for building a home gym at room garage or basement. Semi-frame construction also brings no-limited workout space. Comfortable Pull-Ups The Pull-Up Bar covered with soft foam brings a comfortable using experience.
