The Bidder Contract entered into between the bidder and the Auctioneer. Bidder agrees that the terms listed below shall govern this auction and he/she agrees with them. Additional terms may be posted which are just as binding as the below terms.
1. FULL PAYMENT: All items must be paid for in full and settled by end of the auction. Payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashiers check, personal check, business check or credit card along with proof of idenity. All sales are subject to state sales tax laws. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or credit cards or dissallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to the collection of a bad check. In the event of non-payment of a bad check, the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess at anytime at your location the merchandise involved. 18% Buyers Premium. 3% discount for cash or check.
2. NO WARRANTY: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the owner (or his agents or officers) or the Auctioneer(or their agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. I, the bidder, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is.
3. We are a license FFL Dealer, so any guns or gun parts that we sell in this auction will require a FDLE Background check and you will be charged a fee of $5.00. If you have a Florida License and a Florida Concealed Weapon License and you pass a background check, you can pick your items after the auction. If you just have a Florida License only there is a 3 day wait after you pass a background check. If you are an out of state bidder you have to supply us with your FFL dealer that you deal with and we will contact them and ship your gun to them. All firearms are untested and might need to be examined by a qualified gunsmith.
Shipping charges will be paid by BUYER. Pick up will be available our Jasper location with a 24 hour notice.
