Large estate sale with furniture, electronics, tools, and dishes. Items have been tested unless stated otherwise. Preview of items is by appointment only. Winning lots will be charged to card on file after close of auction. Won lots must be picked up tithin two business days of auction close. All items not picked up within that period will be donated or disposed of due to space restraints.
All items are sold as-is with no refund. Item descriptions are provided by consigners. We do a basic inspection of all items, sometimes we are not able to test the full functionality of all items. You will be given two business days to pick up the items you have won. Items not picked up within the two-day limit will immediately be donated to a charity of our choosing. Won lots will be charged to card on file at auction close.
